Hi there! I’m very excited to be offering registered massage therapy here in Barry’s Bay alongside such a great team of health professionals. Although I was born far away in Newfoundland, I lived in Northern Ontario as a kid and moved to the Ottawa Valley in 1993, living in Pembroke, Ottawa and Eganville over the years. I like biking, hiking, drawing, science-fiction, fantasy and wildlife.
Although my education was varied, I ended up completing my certification in registered massage therapy in 2013 and can’t imagine doing anything else. Whether it’s helping you restore movement after surgery, getting back function after an old injury, improving athletic abilities, or simply granting pain relief after over-doing it in the garden, I’d love to talk about what we can do with massage therapy to make things better in your life.
