Erin is excited to be back in Ontario after living in BC for the past 15 years, where she received her RMT designation. She graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2017. She is a member in good standing with both the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario & the College of Complimentary Health Practitioners of British Columbia (formerly CMTBC).
She embraces a holistic approach to health & wellness having worked in integrated wellness practices where acupuncture, naturopathy, physiotherapy, chiropractic, athletic therapy and kinesiology services were offered.
In 2020 she opened up her own practice in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island.
As an RMT, Erin’s scope of practice includes, but is not limited to, treating headaches, whiplash injuries, prenatal / post natal massage, post operative care, repetitive strain injuries and overall wellness for all ages.
Techniques that are used vary between deep tissue, trigger point release, myofascial release, passive stretching and Swedish massage. She is currently working towards her Manual Lymph Drainage certification.
When Erin is not working, she enjoys family time with her partner and young daughter. You can find them spending time outdoors with their 2 dogs, hiking, working on her family property, dancing and being by the lake – just to name a few!
Erin is currently accepting new patients and will be offering her services on Mondays & Saturdays at The Natural Health Centre in Barry’s Bay.
